The Yume Project has a great team of staff and volunteers. We’re a small team with masses of experience and energy.
We’re made up of full-time, part-time and flexible staff. We also welcome working alongside dedicated volunteers.
Our staff are what makes our project so great. We have amazing staff retention and many of our staff have been with us since the project started.
We offer our staff the opportunity to train, develop and grow, including developing new skills in creative areas, such as art, craft and music.
We welcome people leaving education and starting their careers, or wanting to switch careers and take on something new.
Why not get your training and experience from one of West Berkshire’s most trusted day activity providers? We’ve been rated as ‘Green’ on the West Berkshire Council list of preferred providers since our first year. There’s no better place to launch your new career in care.
If you’re interested in joining our team, why not drop us an e-mail at hello@theyumeproject.org.uk and see what opportunities are available?
